摘要
犯罪现场的心理痕迹客观地反映了作案人的心理意识和活动,它具有客观普遍、抽象特殊、相对稳定等特征。通过对犯罪心理痕迹的分析,获取作案人的个性特点,犯罪经历、动机、行为以及无意识心理痕迹等特征,能够为作案人进行心理画像,并为案件串并、侦破提供线索和依据。
The psychological trace of crime scene can reflect objectively the psychological intention and activity of the criminal.It has the characteristics of objective generation.abstract speciality and relative stability.The personal characteristies,criminal experience,motivation,behavior and non-idealistic psychologieal trace can be got by the analysis of the criminal psychological trace.It makes the possibilities of psychological painting of criminals,combining eases and clue-getting a reality.
