摘要
犯罪现场心理痕迹的研究和利用已成为我国公安理论研究与实务的重要课题,犯罪现场心理痕迹对刑事侦查实务具有指导意义。将有形的案件现场勘查技术和无形的犯罪现场心理痕迹结合起来,可以拓宽侦查思路、捕获犯罪线索、发现犯罪特征、缩小侦查范围、为侦查提供有效线索,从而提高侦破案件的效率。
The criminal psychological prints are the important foundation of analyzing the criminal＇s psychological activities.The paper explains the concept of the criminal profiling and enumerates a few basic principles which we must follow in the process of proceeding criminal profiling analysis.Making use of the criminal psychological prints can help us enlarge the information resources about the crimes,raise the value of making use of the mentality prints and recognize the camouflage of the crimes.
