摘要
中小学校园内教师暴力犯罪作为一种性质恶劣、危害后果严重的犯罪现象有其自身的特点。从犯罪学的视角,分析和探讨教师暴力犯罪的原因和防治对策,对于维护校园安全,保护未成年人的合法权益有着重要的意义。
The violence crime of teachers in school,with its odious nature and serious damages,is arousing the public attention.From the view of the criminology,analyzing the features,causes and counter measures against this crime is significant to the safety of school and the right of adolescence.
