摘要
矿产资源是人类生存与发展的基本条件,是经济社会发展的重要物质基础。对中国可持续发展战略来说,我国所面临的特殊且多样的资源环境条件和巨大的人口负担,决定了确保各种资源的可持续供应更具关键意义。而矿产资源可持续发展战略的实施,需要做好矿产资源规划工作,矿产资源规划是实现资源可持续利用和经济可持续发展的重要保证。本文从矿产资源规划的意义入手,针对矿产资源规划中存在的问题,提出矿产资源规划应走可持续发展之路。
Mineral resources is not only the basic condition for human＇s exist and development, but also the important material basis for the development of economical society. For China＇s strategy of sustainable development, the most complicated and varied environmental conditions and population burden determined the meaning of ensure sustainable utilize of natural resources. Implementing the strategy of sustainable development needs getting down with the planning work. The planning work of mineral resources is the guarantee to realize the sustainable development of mineral resources and economy. The article starts with the meaning of planning mineral resources; aims at the problems in work of planning natural resources, bringing forward the planning work of natural resources should follow the strategy of sustainable development.
