摘要
矿产资源规划的根本目的是促进区域经济和资源的可持续发展。本文从资源安全、规划区划分、资源可持续利用方式、两种资源与两种市场以及资源性城市矿区可持续发展等五个方面论述了编制矿产资源规划必须考虑的几个深层次问题。
The basic aim of mineral resources planning is to promote the sustainable development of regional economies and their resources. The paper discusses some problems that must be considered, namely: resource security; the division of planning zones; methods of sustainable resource utilization; two resources & two markets; and how to sustainably develop mines in resource-based city.
