摘要
编制矿产资源规划是一项新的工作 ,许多问题还处在探索当中。作者结合参与矿产资源规划编制工作的实际 ,对矿产资源规划编制工作的若干问题 ,如矿产资源规划的性质、职能与特点 ,矿产资源规划体系 ,矿山最小规模的确定 ,矿产资源利用方式的转变等进行了探讨。
Planning of mineral resources development and utilization is now carried out all over the country. As it is a new job, many issues, such as the nature and system of mineral resources development and utilization projects, their functions and features, the determination of the minimum scale for establishing a new mine, etc.,are still under discussion. In this article, the authors, based on their practical experience, put forward their own poinions and view points towards the above questions.
