摘要
目的 :建立一种反相高效液相色谱法测定刺五加注射液中丁香苷含量的方法。方法 :用C18 ODS为固定相。甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (2 0 0∶80 0∶5 )为流动相。UV检测波长 :2 80nm。结果 :丁香苷浓度线性范围 0 .6 - 1.4μg·ml-1,r=0 .9999,样品平均回收率为 97.5 % (n =5 ) ,相对标准差RSD为 1.6 5 % (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 ,可做为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish the determination method of syringin in Ciwujia Injection with HPLC. Mothods:Using C 18 ODS as a stationary phase methanol water acetic acid(200∶800∶5) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 280nm. Results: The linear range of syringin concentration was from 0.6 to 1.4μg·ml -1 and correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery of sample was 97.59% and RSD was 1.65%(n=5). Conclusions:The method was simple and convenient, accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for content determination of syringin in Giwujia injection.
