摘要
目的探讨通心络对低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰的抑制作用。方法分别以二甲基亚砜和丙丁酚作为对照,采用Cu2+诱导的LDL体外氧化模型,观察通心络对ox-LDL形成的抑制作用。结果丙丁酚和通心络均可以明显的抑制LDL的氧化,并且存在明显的浓度效应关系。结论通心络素可显著抑制ox-LDL的形成。
Aim To investigate the antioxidatent effect of Tongxinluo (capsule) on low density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation. Methods With dimethyl sulfoxide and Probucol as a control respectively, LDL oxidatent model induced by Cu^2+ and the inhibiting effect of Tongxinluo on ox-LDL were observed. Results We found that Tongxinluo and Probucol had the same antioxidatent effect on LDL oxidation. There was significant concentration-effect relationship between them. Conclusions Tongxinluo could significantly inhibit the production of ox-LDL.
