摘要
分析了目前第三方物流公司有可能存在库存运作方面的问题,针对这些问题,通过与常用库存分析模型的对比,指出了常用库存分析模型的不足之处,提出了具有安全库存、高存储量、低存储量和报警功能的(S,s)库存订货模型,并详细介绍了这个模型的推导过程和最终的结论,以及如何将这个模型与ABC分类法相结合,并应用在实际运作中的方法.最后,用这个模型分析了一个具体实例———某第三方物流公司,并通过具体的数据说明了该模型的正确性.
The problems are analyzed that would happen in the inventory operation of the third party logistics enterprises. The shortcomings of the traditional inventory models are pointed out, and a （ S, s ） inventory ordering model with the function of the safe stock, the highest and lowest amounts, and alarming is proposed. Through the analysis and contrast with the traditional inventory models, and the formulation and conclusion are given in detail. This model is also combined with ABC classification method to solve the inventory problen of the third party logistics endterprises. Finally, it illustrates this model by a example - a certain third party logistics enterprise, and validates the correctness of this model through the result of the example.
