摘要
我国管理科学界在引进西方现代物流管理理论中作了大量工作，但由于时间较短，目前关于现代物流理论中比较前沿的第三方物流还没有形成一个完整的概念，本文探讨了第三方物流的真正含义，并进行了实证和案例分析。
Scientific cireles Of management has done a lot of work in introducing the Westem countries management theory of modem logistics, but now as result of short time, the third - party logistics at forward position in modern logistics theory in China has not formed a complete concept. This paper probes into its real impliction, carries out authentic proof and analyizes it by example.
