摘要
注重实践教学是药学教育培养学生创新意识、创新思维能力十分重要的环节。从改革实验教学模式、教学形式、教学方法、教学内容,建立综合性实验考核制度以及加强毕业实践,毕业实习引入研究生教育培养方式等方面探讨了培养药学创新人才的问题。
Stressing practical teaching is very important steps of cultivating student＇s creative thinking and innotation abilities. The article discusses how to cultivate pharmaceutical students＇ creative ability by reforming the fashions, methods and contents of experiment teaching, sets up multiplying check systems, strengthens graduation practice and introduces cultivating ways of graduate＇s education in practice.
