摘要
目的探讨切开复位内固定治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的临床效果.方法骨折采用Sanders分型法,41 例50侧采用切开复位内固定治疗,有37 例45侧获得3～37个月随访,平均随访时间15个月.结果所有骨折均愈合.按Maryland足部评分系统评价,本组优19侧(42.2%),良21侧(46.7%),可5侧(11.1%),优良率88.9%.结论切开复位内固定是治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的有效方法.应尽量恢复关节面的平整和跟骨的外形.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra articular fractures of the calcaneus. Methods The fractures were classifed according to Sanders classification. 41 cases（50 fractures） were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. 37 cases（45 fractures） were followed up from 3-37 months（with an average time of 15 months）. Results All fractures were healing. Functional results were evaluated by Marryland Foot Score and excellent rates was 42.9% （19 cases）, good 46.7% （21 cases）, fair 11. 1% （5 cases） and the satisfactory rate was 88.9%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of displaced intra articular fractures of the calcaneus. Restoration of articular congruency and the shape of the calcaneus should be gained as more as possible.
