摘要
目的 总结SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折的手术治疗经验。 方法 对 2 9例 31侧SandersⅣ型跟骨骨折进行开放复位内固定治疗 ,内固定方法采用重建钢板 (17侧 )和自制可塑形跟骨钛钢板(14侧 )。疗效评定标准采用Maryland足部评分系统。 结果 2 1侧骨折术后获 12～ 5 7个月 (平均18 4个月 )随访 ,患足功能优 5侧 (2 3 8% ) ,良 13侧 (6 1 9% ) ,可 3侧 (14 3% )。
Objective To sum up the experience for surgical treatment of Sanders type Ⅳ calcaneal fracture. Method Twenty nine patients with 31 Sanders type Ⅳ fractures underwent open reduction and internal fixation using reconstruction plate(17 fractures) and shapable titanic alloy plate(14 fractures). The results were validated using Maryland Foot Score. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]21 fractures were followed up for 12 57 months(average, 18 4 months) after treatment. Excellent results were noted in 5(23 8%) fractures, good in 13(61 9%), and fair in 3(14 3%). Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation are the first choice of treatment for Sanders type Ⅳ calcaneal fracture.
