摘要
目的 评价切开复位内固定对有移位跟骨关节内骨折的治疗效果。方法 骨折类型采用Sanders骨折分型法 ,6 2例有移位跟骨关节内骨折均采用切开复位内固定治疗方法。 6 2例患者中 ,5 7例获得随访 (91 9% ) ,平均随访时间 2 3个月。结果 根据Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能 ,本组中优 16例 (2 8 1% ) ,良 2 1例 (36 8% ) ,一般 13例 (2 2 8% ) ,差 7例 (12 3% ) ,优良率 6 4 9%。结论 有移位跟骨关节内骨折应考虑切开复位内固定治疗 ,尽量恢复关节面的平整和跟骨的外形与力线。
Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus Methods 62 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.The fractures were classified according to Sanders classification.57 of 62 cases were followed up from 5～72 months (average of 23 months).Results Results was evaluated using Maryland Foot Score and excellent results occurred in 16,good in 21,fair in 13 and poor in 7.Conclusion Displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures should be treated with open reduction and internal fixation,not only for restoring articular congruency but also for the shape and alignment of the calcaneus.
