摘要
目的探索一种快速而有效建立家兔门静脉高压症模型的方法。方法以3组共18只家兔为模型,第1 组开腹经门静脉注入0.4%的白芨混悬液4ml,术后予以0.1%的硫代乙酰胺溶液饮水;第2组经门静脉注入白芨后予以正常饮水;第3组经门静脉注入4ml生理盐水,术后给予0.1%的硫代乙酰胺溶液饮水。手术前后行门静脉测压、血管造影及病理学检查。结果以0.4%浓度白芨溶液辅以硫代乙酰胺溶液饮水组建立门静脉高压症模型效果最佳,门静脉压力平均升高50%,病理呈坏死后肝硬化表现。结论以白芨粉为栓塞剂联合硫代乙酰胺溶液饮水建立家兔肝硬化门静脉高压症模型,方法简单,效果可靠且重复性好。
Objective To explore a new, rapid and effective way establishing a portal hypertension model in rabbit. Methods Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. The first group: 0.4 % dilute suspensions of bletilla striata were intravenously injected to peripheral portal vein with 0.1% thioacetamide solution substitute for postoperative drinking water. The second group: 0.4 % dilute suspensions of bletilla striata were injected to portal vein with drinking water everyday postoperatively. The third group : 4ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution were injected to peripheral portal vein with thioacetamide solution in drinking water everyday postoperatively. Portal vein pressure was determined and portal venography was made before and after operation. Liver tissue was resected at the same time for pathologic examination. Results The 0.4 % bletilla striata combined thioacetamide solution in drinking water was the best way in those three ways to make model of portal hypertension, portal pressure increased by an average of 50 %. The pathological examination of liver tissue showed liver postnecrotic cirrhosis. Conclusion tion to establish the model of portal hypertension is a The method using bletilla striata and thioacetamide solureliable reproducible and easy way easy to operate.
