明胶-白芨胶/丹参多孔材料的理化性质研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价明胶-白芨胶/丹参多孔材料作为组织工程皮肤支架的理化性质。方法以明胶和白芨胶为基质材料,复合丹参提取液制备多孔材料。参照ISO10993-1标准,观察材料性状、吸水性和体外降解性,并采用急性毒性试验、热原试验和溶血试验,评价材料的理化性质。结果实验材料具有较好的韧性、吸水性及可降解性。材料浸提液注入小鼠腹腔未引起急性毒性反应,注入家兔耳缘静脉内未引起发热反应,材料浸提液溶血率为2.59%,符合规定。结论明胶-白芨胶/丹参多孔材料具有良好的理化性质,具备成为组织工程皮肤支架的条件。 Objective To evaluate the physical and chemical properties of gelatin - bletilla/Salvia - miltiorrhiza as porous material, and provide experimental basis that the material could be a scaffold of tissue - engineering skin. Method Salvia - miltiorrhiza was combined into the membranes composed of gelatin and bletilla. They had been prepared to be a sponge - like porous material. Reference to standard of ISO10993 - 1, After the test of material properties, water absorption and degradation in vitro, material~ was evaluated by acute toxicity test, pyrogen test, and hemolysis test. Result Experimental material had good toughness, hydrophilia and degradability, Acute toxicity and fever were not caused by leaching liquor of material after injecting into abdominal of mice; Hemolytic rate of leaching liquor was 2.59 % according with the estimated standard. Conclusion The gelatin- bletilla/Salvia- mihiorrhiza as porous material had qualifications to be a scaffold of tissue - engineering skin because of good physical and chemical properties.
