哈茨木霉对小麦和玉米幼苗生长的影响 被引量:18

摘要 测定分析应用哈茨木霉制剂后,小麦、玉米幼苗某些生长发育和生理生化指标的变化,结果表明:应用哈茨木霉后小麦、玉米幼苗的株高、根系长度及鲜重明显增加,光合作用增强,呼吸作用不变,叶绿素含量增加;小麦、玉米幼苗的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、过氧化物酶活性比对照显著增加,幼苗的抗病性增强。 Some growth and physiological and biochemical properties of wheat and corn seedlings were determined after the preparation of T. harzianum applied. The results showed that growth photosynthesis and content of chlorophyll of wheat and corn seedlings were enhanced, but there was no change in respiration tensity. With application of the preparation, the activity of β-1,3-glucosidase and POD of wheat and corn were increased, resulting in higher resistance to diseases.
