摘要 [目的]研制一种新型生物农药制剂——哈茨木霉T4厚垣孢子水分散粒剂。[方法]通过对UV保护剂、稳定剂、黏结剂、崩解剂的筛选及其生物相容性和水分散粒剂的性能研究,建立哈茨木霉T4厚垣孢子水分散粒剂的制备方法。[结果]最佳配方为保护剂抗坏血酸0.5%,稳定剂羧甲基纤维素钠4%,润湿分散剂烷基萘磺酸盐(EFW)4%,黏结剂淀粉5%,崩解剂可溶性淀粉4%。[结论]获得的哈茨木霉T4厚垣孢子水分散粒剂孢子含量为4.5×108cfu/g,悬浮率为43.8%,润湿时间为1.0 s,崩解时间为52 s,热贮分解率25.9%,产品各项指标均达到国家标准。 [Aims] A new formulation of water dispersible granules of T. harzianum T4 was acquired through research. [Methods] By screening UV protector, stabilizer, binder and disintegrating agents, the best formulation was acquired. [Rosults] The best formulation was ascorbic acid 0.5%, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 4%, EFW 4%, starch 5% and soluble starch 4%. [Conclusions] The quality detection showed that the chlamydospores content of T. harzianum T4 water dispersible granules could come up to 4.5×10^8cfu/g, and suspension rate of the production was 43.8%, wetting time was 1.0 s, disintegration time was 52 s and thermal decomposition rate of storage was 25.9%, which came up to the formulation standards.
