摘要 目的:探讨女性血浆脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]以及血脂其他成分与冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系,并对年龄、糖尿病、高血压等多种危险因素进行多因素回归分析,评价其危险程度。方法:采集110例接受冠状动脉造影术的女性患者血样本,测定血浆LP(a)和血脂其他成分。结果:①LP(a)、TG、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A[apo(A)]与冠状动脉狭窄程度相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),随冠状动脉病变增重呈上升趋势;②经Logistis回归分析:年龄、HDL-C和apo(A)为冠状动脉病变的危险因素,而女性LP(a)浓度并非冠状动脉狭窄的独立危险因素。结论:女性LP(a)与冠状动脉狭窄程度相关,但不能独立作为预测冠状动脉狭窄的指标。 Objective:To explore the associations between lipoprotein(a) [LP(a)] and the severity of coronary arteries in women. Multivariate regression analysis on age, diabetes, hypertension and other risk factor. Method: We studieda total of 110 women[(64.6±10. 3)years] wl.o were referred for coronaryangiography. The baseline data were collected including LP(a) and other conventional risk factors to coronary artery disease such as lipid proflee and clinical characteristics. The relation between plasma Lp(a) levels and the presence or absence of coronary lesions was studied. The coronary angiograms were evaluated in a blinded manner. Result:①The presence of angiographic CAD was associated with LP(a) ( P〈0.05) ,triglyceride ( P 〈0.05), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels ( P 〈0.05), and apolipoprotein(A) [apo(A)]( P 〈0.01) . ②plasma Lp(a) level is not a significant risk factor to atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries. Age, high density lipoprotein(HDL) and [apo(A)] is an important risk factor to the lesions of coronary arteries. Conclusion: These results suggest that the plasma concentration of Lp(a) is associated with the severity of coronary arteries. But serum Lp(a) level is not an independent factor to the severity of coronary arteries.
