摘要 主要研究了5A05(LF5)防锈铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊工艺,并对焊后试样进行了拉伸试验、金相观察以及硬度试验。拉伸试验结果表明:当其它工艺条件不变时,试验用铝合金的焊接接头的力学性能与焊接速度有关系,焊接工艺参数选择合适时,对接接头的抗拉强度可达到母材的90%以上,面弯和背弯角度都可达到180°。金相观察结果表明:与母材相比,焊核区晶粒细小、均匀。硬度试验表明:搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的硬度分布存在一定的规律,即焊核区的硬度分布近似为均值,由中心向两侧,硬度值逐渐降低,当达到HAZ时,硬度达到最低值,然后其值逐渐增加,最终达到与母材同等水平。 The weld characteristics of 5A05 aluminum alloy by friction stir welding,such as the mechanical properties,microstructures and the hardness distribution have been introduced in the paper.The results show that mechanical properties of the friction stir welded joint are associated with the welding speed,under optimized condition,the tensile strength of the 5A05 joints can attain 90% that of the base metal,and the face bending and root bending angle can attain 180°.Compared with the base metal,the nugget gets a finer and more homogeneous grain distribution.The joint hardness distribution is that the hardness of the weld nugget is lower than the parent alloy and lies in the range HV90~100,but higher than other zones.Moving outwards from the center,the hardness then falls through the TMAZ,reaches a minimum in the HAZ and then gradually recovers to the level of the parent plate.
