摘要
研究了防锈铝合金LF6热变形工艺对组织的影响。实验表明:随变形程度的增大,组织呈带状分布现象变得明显;在热加工过程中,试样组织发生了动态回复或动态再结晶;随温度的升高,出现晶粒长大的现象。
The relationship of the heat deformation processes of the antirust aluminum alloy LF6 and its microstructure were studied. The results show that the microstructures present zonal distribution and become obvious with increasing the deformation levels. During hot-working process, dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization occur in the microstructure. The crystal grains grow up accompany the temperature rising.
