摘要
本文通过对内耗的测量,得到了不同的退火温度及不同含量稀土对高温背底内耗是有影响的结论,并讨论了影响这种高温背底内耗因素的原因。
By internal fiction measurements, it is obtained, that different annealing processes and the contents of Re have affected high temperature background internal fricttion. The reasons of the factors influencing this high temperature background internal friction has been discussed.
