乳品污水蛋白降解细菌及其产酶条件的筛选 被引量:5

摘要 从乳品污水中筛选出一株蛋白降解细菌,经鉴定为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacilluspumilus)。其蛋白酶反应的最适温度为38℃,最适pH值为7.0。最佳产酶条件为30℃,150r·min-1,种龄18h,接种量5%,250mL三角瓶中装液量90mL,发酵周期64h。在此条件下,菌株产生的中性蛋白酶活力最高达到52U·mL-1。 A strain of protein degradation bacterium was isolated from milk polluted water, and was identified as Bacillus pumilus. The optimum temperature and pH value for the proteinase reaction were 38℃ and pH7.0 respectively. The optimum conditions of enzyme production were at 30℃, 150rpm, strain age 18 hours, inoculation volume 5%, the capacity of culture medium 90mL/ 250mL, and the fermentation period of 64 hours. In these conditions the neutral proteinase activity could reach 52U·mL^-1.
