摘要
餐厨垃圾具有危害性与资源性并存的双重属性,盲目不当的处理不仅会造成环境污染、危害居民身体健康,同时也是对资源的巨大浪费。经试验研究将餐厨垃圾分选后,进行高温高压蒸汽灭菌的综合处理,其中干物质直接干燥粉碎制成蛋白饲料制品,液体经油水分离提取出油脂作为工业原料,废水经活性污泥处理后达标排放,以实现餐厨垃圾的无害化、资源化处理。

If treated improperly, it will health, at the same time, it can be considered as a kind pollute environment, endanger human＇ s health as well as waste resource, Comprehensive treatment was tested by using high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization after classification of hogwash, among which solid material was processed into dry protein feed for livestock and liquid was separated into oil for industrial raw material. Separated wastewater, after biological treatment, was purified to discharge.
