摘要 针对电火花加工工艺的特点及其复杂性,提出了Internet环境下基于W eb的人工神经网络电火花加工工艺的智能预测方案.该方案利用M atlab的W eb技术,并结合其神经网络工具箱和数据库工具箱,实现了从电火花加工工艺数据库中获得数据进行神经网络计算,并将结果通过W eb服务器返回给浏览器.研究结果表明,所建立的基于W eb的人工神经网络预测系统很好地反映了电火花加工的工艺规律,能够通过In-ternet为电火花加工用户提供高效率、高精度的加工效果实时预测计算,并具有再学习的能力,实现了电火花加工工艺知识和加工经验的有效共享. Due to the complexity of EDM technology, an artificial forecasting project based on web for EDM technology is presented. The project is built under internet circumstance applying Artificial Neural Network technology. By applying MATLAB WEB technology and combining with the database toolbox and artificial neural network toolbox in MATLAB, the project system has the ability of getting data from EDM technology database and calculating by Neural Network and then displaying the calculation result on the browser through web server. The result of research shows that this forecasting project system can successfully map the technological rule of EDM, and provide timely forecasting operation of machining result with high efficiency and high accuracy for EDM' s user under internet. Also it has the ability to relearn. The forecasting project based on web can share the knowledge and experience of EDM technology.
