摘要
1 Internet是人工智能(AI)应用与发展的必由之路在经历了二十多年发展以后,Internet由最初的科研教育网ARPnet逐步发展成为面向全球的商用网。特别是自1993年以来,Internet在全球范围内大行其道,发展速度之快,分布之广,恰似“忽如一夜春风来,千树万树梨花开”,成为当今世界上规模最大、用户最多、资源最丰富的网络互联系统。Internet及以它为基础的全球信息网WWW(World Wide Web)风靡世界,标志着一个新时代——网络时代的到来。
Internet is the largest international inter-net system at present, and it's a uniform developing and running environment of computer applications including AI technology on the netware times, it opens up broad prospects for AI applications and it also supports strong power for AI development. This paper introduces survey of Internet and the action of promotion of it for AI development briefly, and discusses some AI applications and developing technology which are suitable on Internet, and some our relevent works are presented.
