摘要
作者对江苏省江都县农村3月到6岁儿童进行铁缺乏症的防治研究。结果表明,贫血患病率达51.2％,患病高峰年龄为6月～2岁儿童.缺铁性贫血占总贫血患病率的83.1％.铁缺乏症患病率为77.5％,缺铁性贫血占铁缺乏症的54.9％。通过1年半大规模的群防群治,贫血及铁缺乏症患病率明显降低。
A study on prevention and treatment of iron deficiency disease in children from 6 months to 6 years old has been made in jiangsu countryside. The prevalence rate of anemia is 51. 2%. The high risk age group is from 6 months to 2 years. Iron deficiency Anemia is the main cause of anemia, accounting to 83. 1%. The prevalence rate of iron defioiency is 77. 5%, and among them IDA occupies 54. 9%. By nutriotion intervention for one and a half year , the prevalence rate of IDA has been obviusly declined.
