摘要
研究了反应时间、醇酸比、带水剂用量及催化剂用量对杂多酸化合物GdCl2-EDTB-H3SiW12O40催化合成氯乙酸乙酯的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,醇酸摩尔比1.5∶1,带水剂量10mL,催化剂使用量为酸的1.0%(质量),反应时间2.5h.
Synthesis of ethyl chloroacetate with chloroacetic acid and ethanol catalysed by GdCl2-EDTB-H3SiW12O40 was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are selected; the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1.5 : 1, the amount of catalyst to the reactants 1.0%, dehydrant amount 10 mL and reaction time 2.5 h. The heteropoly catalysts have high activity, good selectivity and reusability.
