摘要
以成都市轨道交通沿线地下空间控制开发为例,对轨道交通沿线土地规划控制开发进行探讨,得出结论:为降低轨道交通建设成本和提高运营效益,应对轨道交通沿线土地进行系统全面的规划控制和预留,充分开发站点附近地下空间商业价值和发挥换乘枢纽功能。
The planning control of land use on both sides of urban rail transit is discussed by taking the underground space control and development of Chengdu as an example. It is concluded that the land along the line should be systematically controlled and reserved, and the commercial value of the underground space near the rail stations should be fully developed and the transfer function of the rail should be given full play to so that the construction cost of rail transit can be reduced and the operation efficiency can be imuroved.
