摘要
在总结上海、广州等城市轨道交通建设规划评估经验的基础上,研究并提出按照科学发展观的要求编制城市轨道交通建设规划的指导思想;针对城市轨道交通建设规划,提出应重点研究的几个问题;时今后需要进一步研究的问题提出建设性意见。
Based on the summaries of urban rail transit construction planning and evaluation in Shanghai, Guangzhou, the idea of planning urban rail transit construction in line with the scientific development conception is put forward. Some questions and the constructive suggestions on urban rail transit planning which need to be studied further in the future are raised and offered.
