摘要
目的:探讨异位功能性胰岛细胞瘤诊断和治疗的要点,总结诊疗体会。方法:分析1例肠系膜异位功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:本病例得到准确诊断,并进行了成功的手术切除。肿瘤标本形态学及免疫组化均支持异位功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断。结论:异位功能性胰岛细胞瘤临床上表现为反复发作的低血糖综合征。诊断包括定性及定位两方面。免疫组化对肿瘤诊断具有高度的敏感性和特异性,瘤细胞CD99阳性表达可能具有一些重要的生物学意义。异位功能性胰岛细胞瘤的治疗应尽早行手术摘除。
Objective：To explore the key points of diagnosis and treatment of ectopic functioning islet cell tumor and conclude the experience of the diagnosis and treatment. Methods ：The clinical data of one case of ectopic functioning islet cell tumor in mesentery was analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results：The case was diagnosed properly and the tumor removed by surgery successfully. Both of the morphological and immunohistochemical characteristics of the tumor specimen supported the diagnosis of ectopic functioning islet cell tumor. Conclusion：The clinical manifestation of ectopic functioning islet cell tumor is recurrent attacks of hypoglycemia syndrome. The diagnosis of this disease should be made in two aspects ：qualitation and localisation. Immunohistochemisry is highly sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of the tumor and the expression of CD99 may has an important biological role. Ectopic functioning islet cell tumor should be removed as early as possible.
