摘要
目的临床观察鹿瓜多肽注射液(松梅乐注射液)对四肢骨干骨折愈合的影响和术后镇痛作用。方法对30例四肢骨干骨折术后应用鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗,并设立空白对照,术后观察骨折愈合及镇痛效果。结果鹿瓜多肽注射液使四肢骨干骨折的愈合时间缩短,分别为股骨干骨折缩短2.8周,胫骨干骨折缩短2.8周,肱骨干骨折缩短2.1周,统计学分析有显著差异(P<0.05);另一方面鹿瓜多肽注射液可降低术后1周的疼痛强度。结论在严格手术操作的前提下,鹿瓜多肽注射液能够促进四肢骨干骨折的愈合,减轻术后疼痛。
Objective To evaluate the effect of lugua polypeptide injection on extremities shaft fracture healing and the analgesic effect. Methods Thirty patients with long shaft fracture of extremities fractures were treated by lugua polypeptide injection after operation. Results Lugua polypeptide injection took the long shaft fracture of extremities fracture healing time 2.8 weeks ahead of schedule in femoral, tibia fracture, 2.1 weeks in humeral fracture, and induced pain intensity withen one week after operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclnsion Lugua polypeptide injection may promote healing of themb shaft fracture and effectually alleviated pain within one week after operation.
