摘要
目的 比较正常人 (本文所指正常人指非青光眼者 )和正常眼压性青光眼 (NormalTensionGlaucoma ,NTG)视盘形态结构参数之间的差异 ,以指导正常眼压青光眼的早期诊断。方法 用Heidelberg视网膜断层扫描仪 (HeidelbergRetinaTomographⅡ ,HRTⅡ )对正常人 40例 ( 80眼 )及NTG3 0例 ( 60眼 )的视乳头进行断层扫描 ,获得视乳头平均地形图像和视乳头结构诸参数。结果 正常人与NTG视乳头结构各参数中视盘面积、视杯面积、杯盘比、盘沿面积、视杯容积、平均视杯深度、最大视杯深度、平均视神经纤维层厚度及视神经纤维层横截面积存在明显差异。结论 HRT能在活体对视乳头结构进行准确分析 ,视盘面积可能是青光眼的一个易感因素 。
Objective To investigate the difference of stereometric parameters of optics nerve head between normal tension glaucoma and normal eyes.Methods 60 eyes of 30 patients with normal tension glaucoma and 80 eyes of 40 normal peoples were detected by Heidelberg Retina Tomograph Ⅱ to get topography image and stereometric parameters of optic nerve head.Results There had significant difference of disk area,cup area,C/D ratio,rim area,cup volume,mean cup depth,maxim cup depth,mean RNFL thickness and RNFL cross sectional area between normal tension glaucoma and normal eyes in the stereometric parameters of optic nerve head.Conclusions Heidelberg Retina Tomograph Ⅱ can accurately detect the optics nerve head of living subjects,perhaps the disc area is a danger factor to glaucoma and can give a lot of help in early diagnose of normal tension glaucoma.
