摘要
目的探讨经皮自体骨髓移植治疗骨折延迟愈合、不愈合的疗效.方法对11例骨折不愈合、4例延迟愈合患者,在C臂X线机透视下将所取自体红骨髓注射至骨折延迟愈合、不愈合部位.定期摄X线片复查.结果12例获得愈合,愈合时间3～11个月.3例未愈合,未见异位骨化等并发症.结论自体骨髓移植,是临床上治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合可供选择的方法之一.
Objective To study the effect of pereutaneous autologous bone marrow transplantation for the management of nonunion and delayed union of fractures. Methods Fifteen cases were enrolled, of which 11 cases were nonunion and 4 cases were delayed union. The autologous red marrow was injected into the site of the nonunion or delayed union under C-arm image intensifier. Every case had the X-ray follow-up regularly. Results 12 cases got union in 3 - 11 months, 3 cases remained nonunion. No complication such as heterotopic ossification was found, Conclusions Autologous bone marrow transplantation is an alternative for nonunion or delayed union of fractures.
