摘要
本文介绍了北疆某水电站尾水管扩散段现场拼装,尾水管安装以及防变形焊接过程,并对尾水管的安装过程中出现的沉降问题作了分析。通过该电站尾水管的安装,总结出了一整套在平地上安装尾水管及扩散段的施工方法和经验,为今后类似施工积累了宝贵的经验。
The in situ assembly of draft tube diffuser,draft tube installation and the relevant deformation resistance welding for the construction of a hydropower station in the North Xinjiang are described herein.Moreover,the problem from settlement during the installation of draft tube is analyzed as well.Through the installation of the draft tube,a set of construction methods and experiences of the draft tube and its diffuser installations on ground is summarized,which accumulates some valuable experiences for the similar construction in the days to come.
