壬基酚对雄性小鼠脑组织氧化损伤作用的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨壬基酚对雄性小鼠脑组织的氧化损伤作用。方法健康成年昆明种雄性小鼠40只,随机分为四组,每组10只,分别为阴性对照组(灌胃等容量玉米油)和壬基酚高(200mg.kg-1)、中(100mg.kg-1)、低剂量组(50mg.kg-1)。连续经口灌胃染毒30d,于末次染毒后颈椎脱臼法处死,取小鼠脑组织称重后制备组织匀浆,测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和单胺氧化酶(MAO)的含量。结果与阴性对照组相比,各染毒组小鼠实验后的体重及壬基酚低、中剂量组脑组织脏器系数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);壬基酚高剂量组脑组织脏器系数降低(P<0.05)。随染毒剂量增加,SOD活性降低,MAO活力和MDA水平增加。与阴性对照组比较,壬基酚中、高剂量组SOD活性及壬基酚低、中、高剂量组MAO酶活力以及壬基酚高剂量组脑组织MDA差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壬基酚对于雄性小鼠脑组织有一定的氧化损伤作用,可能与促进神经细胞内ROS生成有关。 Objective To investigate oxidative damage of Nonylphenols on brain tissue of male mice.Methods 40 healthy adult male Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups : negative control group(fed the same volume of corn oil) and nonylphenol high(200mg.kg-1),medium(100mg.kg-1),low dose group(50mg.kg-1).The mice were treated by successive gavage for 30 days.30 days after treatment,the mice were sacrificed.Then the cerebellar tisure weights were measured and organization homogenate was prepared.Superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and single amine oxidase(MAO) content were determined.Results Compared with negative controls,brain tissue organ coefficient in nonylphenols high dose group reduced significantly(P < 0.05).With the dosage increased,SOD activity reduced,MAO vigor and MDA level increased significantly.Compared with controls,SOD activity and MAO showed significant difference in nonylphenol high,medium,low-dose group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nonylphenols has certain oxidative damage effect on brain tissue in male mice.
