木醋液制作避鼠药的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 木醋液是经废弃木制品烧炭过程中,从排放的烟气中提取的液体,具有生产成本低,应用范围广,污染影响低等特点.试验通过木醋液作驱避剂原理,应用木醋液制作避鼠药.研究表明,木醋液对小鼠确有驱避效应;不同配比的避鼠药中,利用90 g木醋液、160 g粘土、40 g锯末、8 g草酸已酯、10 mL石腊油、60 g蒸馏水所制作的避鼠药相对于60 g木醋液、80 g粘土、20 g锯末、2 g草酸已酯、10 mL石腊油、30 g蒸馏水和45 g木醋液、120 g粘土、4 g草酸已酯、10 mL石腊油所制作的避鼠药药品质量更高、药效更显著. Wood vinegar is liquid that can be extracted from the wastes of wood products which has characters of extensively used,low manufacturing cost and pollution effect.Based on the previous researches,applying wood vinegar to make prescriptions of mouse prevention through analysis of the theory of repellent of wood vinegar,the study showed that the repellency with wood vinegar 90 g,clay 160 g,sawdust 40 g,ethyl oxalate 8 g,mineral oil 10 mL,and distilled water 60 g has better advantages of high quality and marked effect of expelling mice than the repellency with wood vinegar 60 g,clay 80 g,sawdust 20 g,ethyl oxalate 2 g,mineral oil 5 mL,distilled water 30 g or the repellency with wood vinegar 45 g,clay 120 g,ethyl oxalate 4 g,mineral oil 10 ml.
