摘要
ERP系统支持下的投资项目管理模块(PS)能够帮助企业执行项目管理中的所有任务。荆门分公司PS模块项目上线运行一年后,规范了投资项目管理流程;实现了物流、资金流和信息流的"三流合一";培养了专业队伍,提高了项目管理信息技术水平。在日常的运行维护过程中,针对激活预算控制、设备材料导入串项、物资库存管理、项目"承诺"处理等问题进行了合理的分析与处理。
ERP investment project management module(PS) helps the business implement all tasks in project management.After a year of operation of PS project,Jingmen Company has standardized its process of investment project management,integrated flow of material,fund and information,and trained professional personnel for improving their information technical level of project management.A logical analysis and treatment has been done in this paper aiming at such matters as activating budget control,introducing equipments and materials to string item,controlling material inventory and handling commitment,which occur in daily running attention.
