摘要
利用SAP的项目系统(PS)模块可以实现企业的工程项目管理,但在实施过程中会遇到很多困难和问题。作者参与了国内某石化企业ERP的设计与实施工作,采用PS模块并与FICO、MM等模块集成实现石化企业基础建设、技改技措等复杂工程项目的管理,充分满足了企业对工程项目概算管理、预算控制、财务核算等方面的要求,体现了"财务和工程一体化"的现代项目管理思想。本文对实现过程中的几个关键工作逐一浅析,并通过总结经验教训,为今后在石化企业成功实施PS模块提供一些参考建议。
The exploitation of SAP Project System（PS） Module will carry out the enterprise project management,though many difficulties and problems will still exist during the implemantion process.The author was involved in the design and implementation of the ERP system for a domenstic petrochemical enterprises,which using the PS,FICO,MM and other modules to achieve complex project management such as petrochemical infrastructure,technological transformation and technology initiatives,etc.The adoption of the programm fully meet the requirements of business management for the project budget,budget control,financial accounting and other aspects,as well as to represent the modern management concept on Financial Project Integration.The article also provide some suggentions for the PS Module implementation in petrifaction industry through brief analysis for the key section of the process and the experiences summarize.
