摘要
针对农村教师继续教育缺乏客观、科学的评价机制,在对农村教师继续教育现状调查的基础上,借鉴人力资源理论的柯氏评估模型,从反应、行为、学习、结果四个层面逐层进行分析和研究,尝试构建了一个相对完善的农村教师继续教育评价体系。
Because of lacking objective and scientific evaluation system,by researching rural teacher continuing education,we try to build a relatively complete evaluation system for continuing education of rural teachers from the reaction,behavior,learning and result in four levels,layer by layer,which based on the Kirkpatrick model theory of human resource.
