摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定感冒止咳颗粒中葛根素含量的方法。方法:ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(28∶72),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为250nm,柱温为30℃。结果:葛根素在0.080 1~1.602 4μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:本方法简便、准确、分离效果好、线性范围宽、灵敏度高,可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography determination of puerarin in cold cough particle con tent of method. Methods:ZORBAX SB-C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), mobile phase was methanol and water (28 :72), flow rate is 1.0mL/min, detection wavelength was 250nm, column temperature was 30℃. Results: Puerarin of 0. 080 1 - 1. 602 4μg/mL .showed good linear relationship. Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate, good separating effect, wide linear range, high sensitivity, and can be used for the quality control of the product.
