摘要
研究了不同浓度Pb2+对盐藻生长的胁迫作用及外源10mmol/LCa2+、La3+对Pb2+胁迫的影响.Pb2+抑制盐藻的生长,其抑制程度与Pb2+浓度成正相关;外源Ca2+在初期可缓解Pb2+对盐藻生长的抑制作用,后期加重Pb2+对盐藻生长的抑制;La3+处理加重Pb2+对盐藻生长的胁迫作用.实验结果初步表明外源Ca2+内流参与盐藻对Pb2+胁迫的适应性调节作用.
The effects of lead stress at various concentration of (12 μg/L, 50μg/L,0. 1 mg/L, 0. 5 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L) on growth of Dunaliela salina , and the roles of Ca^2+ and La^3+ under lead stress were investigated, respectively. The results show that growth of Dunaliela salina was inhibited by lead with varieties concentration, and there was a positive correlation between inhibitory effect and lead concentration (from 12 μg/L to 1.0 mg/L), while participation of extracellular Ca^2+(10 mmol/L), inhibitory effect of lead to growth of Dunaliela salina was weakened at preliminary stage, but strengthened at late stage, sep- arately, other than Ca^2+, due to participation of La^3+ (10 mmol/L), the inhibitory effect of lead was throughout intensified at various concentration. In conclusion, the results indicate that extracellular calcium played an important adjusting role under lead stress to Dunaliela salina.
