摘要
研究了不同NaCl浓度对两个黄瓜品种种子发芽率、活力指数、茎高、根长及根鲜重的效应。结果表明,NaCl对黄瓜种子发芽有明显的抑制作用。随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增大,NaCl对黄瓜种子发芽的抑制作用也增强。在NaCl胁迫下,不同浓度的外源Ca2+对NaCl胁迫的效应不同。低浓度的外源Ca2+对NaCl胁迫有一定的缓解效应,黄瓜种子的发芽率、活力指数、茎高、根长及根鲜重都有所提高;高浓度的外源Ca2+对黄瓜发芽起抑制作用。
The effects of different concentrations of NaCl on seed germination rate,vigor index,stem height,root length and root fresh weight of two kinds of cucumber varieties were studied.The result showed that NaCl had obvious inhibition effects on the germination of cucumber seed.With the increasing of the concentration of NaCl stress,the inhibition effects of NaCl on the germination of cucumber seed were also strengthened.Under NaCl stress,the effects of different concentrations of exogenous Ca^2+ on NaCl stress were different. Low concentration of exogenous Ca^2+ had some alleviatory effects on NaCl stress and the seed germination rate,vigor index,stem height,root length and root fresh weight of cucumber were all increased.High concentration of exogenous Ca^2+ had inhibition effects on the germination of cucumber.
