摘要
用47只SD大鼠,分别用HRP顺行追踪法和ARG法研究了伏核至前脑结构和中脑中央灰质的传出联系;用HRP逆行追踪法研究了前脑结构至中央灰质的传入联系。结果发现:伏核至中央灰质有少量的直接投射;此外,在前脑,伏核的传出投射部位与中央灰质的传入投射起源核区有着相当广泛的一致。本文对这种一致性的意义及伏核至中央灰质的下行镇痛神经通路问题进行了讨论。
By employing ARG tracing and antrograde or retrograde HRP methods, the efferent projections from the accumbens nucleus (Aeb) to the forebrain and the central gray of the midbrain (CG), as well as the afferent projections from the forebrain to CG, were investigated in 47 Sprague-Dawley rats. It was found that there were some direct projections from Acb to CG and the areas of the efferent projections from Acb were virtually consistent with the areas giving rise to the afferent fibers of CG. Thesigniflcance of the coincidence and the descending neural pathway in mediating analgesia from Acb to CG were discussed.
