摘要
能够最大限度创造价值、其人力资本在知识创新上是企业高度专用的资产的员工称为知识型企业的核心员工。核心员工可分为四类:灵感型即具有开创性思维的核心员工;实践型即具有将新思维转化为新知识的能力的核心员工;拓展型即能迅速、有效地将新知识应用到产品体系中去的员工;权威型即具有人格魅力的核心员工。核心员工不是企业的资产,而是投资者。激励机制的构建应围绕核心员工的个性特征。其人力资本的"资产专用性"的双向专用性质、建立"权威激励"机制、保障核心员工自我价值实现渠道顺畅等途径可有效增强对核心员工的激励。
Core employees in a knowledge-based enterprise are the group that is essential to value creation and whose human capital is the highly specialized assets of the enterprise in knowledge innovation. Core employees fall into four categories: first, creative core employees, who are full of innovative ideas; second, those who are good at transforming creative ideas into new knowledge or technology; third, those who could efficiently and promptly apply new knowledge into production; fourth, authoritative employees with charismatic leadership. Core employees themselves are not part of corporate assets, but they are investors. The incentive mechanism targeting at the core employees should be built in line with their personality characteristics. Their full awareness of the asset specificity of their human capital, the presence of authority incentive mechanism, effective channels guaranteeing the realization of the value of core employees could all enhance their incentives.
