摘要
为了解决圆弧槽零件能够高质量、高效率的数控铣削加工,保证零件产品较小的粗糙度。若零件加工采用手工编程完成,机床移动的目标点多,编程速度慢且量大,程序容易出错,并且要求高。通过圆弧槽零件工艺分析,利用Mastercam X自动编程软件对零件进行二维图形建模、铣刀的选择、切削参数设置、刀具路径生成和轨迹模拟仿真,生成加工G代码并完成圆弧槽零件的高效铣削。Mastercam X软件在零件加工中,避免手工编程时坐标值繁琐复杂的计算和程序出错的概率,提高零件加工效率,保证零件光洁度和加工质量。
In order to solve the problem of high quality and high efficiency NC milling of arc groove parts and ensure the small roughness of parts products.If the part processing is completed by manual programming,the machine tool moves multiple target points,the programming speed is slow and the quantity is large,the program is easy to make mistakes,and high requirements are placed on technical personnel.Through the process analysis of arc groove parts,the two-dimensional graphic modeling,milling cutter selection,cutting parameter setting,tool path generation and trajectory simulation are carried out by mastercam X automatic programming software,and the machining G code is generated and the efficient milling of arc groove parts is completed.Master cam software can avoid the complicated calculation of coordinate values and the probability of program error in manual programming,improve the processing efficiency of parts and ensure the smoothness and processing quality of parts.
