摘要
报道了不同高温灰化温度对测定椰子叶中微量Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu含量的影响.结果表明,测定椰子叶微量Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu含量时,适宜灰化时间分别为2~3、1.5~3、2.5、2.5 h,同时测定该4种元素时,适宜灰化时间为2.5 h,且2.5 h高温灰化时,各元素的平均回收率为96%~104%.
This paper reported the effects of incinerating time on assaying the content of microelements Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in coconut leaves.The results showed that when the content of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu in coconut leaves was respectively assayed,the optimum time of high temperature for incinerating was 2~3,1.5~3,2.5 and 2.5 h respectively.However,for assaying the coconut of these four elements at the same time,the optimum incinerating time was 2.5 h.Meanwhile,it was found that the average recovery rate of various elements was 96%~104% when the incinerating time was 2.5 h.
