摘要
本文采用几种基质及不同遮荫条件对紫花松果菊种子萌发方面的影响进行试验。通过试验得出:(1)与珍珠岩、菜园土(腐殖土+田园土(1∶1))、沙等其它基质相比,菌粑(蘑菇渣+菜园土(1∶1)为紫花松果菊种子萌发和生长较适宜的基质;(2)紫花松果菊种子在萌发前期需要阳光和通风条件,在萌发中后期需要一定遮荫和保温保湿条件,在成苗期需要恰当的光照和温度,太过遮荫不利于展叶成苗。从总体上来看,25%遮荫条件下紫花松果菊种子萌发总数、出苗率、成活数、成苗率均高于其它遮荫条件。
The effect of substrate and shading on the seed germination of Echinacea purpurea. (L) Moench was studied. The results showed that (1) substrate C had a better effect than other substrates on the seed germination and plant growth of Echinacea purpurea. (L) Moench; (2) at the primary stage of germination, more sunshine and ventilation were needed for the seeds of Echinacea purpurea (L) Moench, shading and some ways to keep warm and moisturized were needed at the middle and late stages, and appropriate sunshine and temperature were needed at the seedling stage. Too much shading was not good for its growth. The germination percentage, emergence rate, survival number and seedling rate of Echinacea purpurea. (L) Moench seed were better under the condition of 25 % shading than other shading conditions.
