盐酸酸化─蒸馏─离子色谱法测定香菇亚硫酸盐含量研究 被引量:4

摘要 建立了盐酸酸化-蒸馏-离子色谱法测定香菇中亚硫酸盐含量的分析方法.香菇在盐酸(体积比1∶3)介质中水蒸汽蒸馏进行提取净化,采用ASRS4型阴离子抑制离子色谱检测,色谱柱为AS18(250 mm×4 mm)不锈钢柱,柱温30 ℃,23 mmol/L KOH溶液作为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min,进样量25 μL,电导检测器温度35 ℃;外标法定量.试验证明,该方法检测线性范围5~50 μg/mL,相关系数r=0.9998,最低检出量为2.0×10-9 g(S/N=3),最低检出浓度为1.6 mg/kg,香菇中亚硫酸盐添加回收率85.6%~104%,相对标准偏差1.8%~3.4%.该方法能够满足香菇亚硫酸盐质量安全控制要求. An analytical method was established for the determination of sulfite content in Lentinus edodes by hydrochloric acid─distillation─ion chromatography.Sample was distilled and purified in hydrochloric acid medium.Separation and quantification were achieved by using a AS18 stainless steel column(250 mm × 4 mm),and column temperature was 30 ℃.Potassium hydroxide solution(23 mmol/L) was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detector temperature was 35 ℃.The linearity was good with the range of 5~50 μg/mL(r=0.9998).The limit of detection of sulfite content was 2.0×10-9 g(S/N=3),and the lowest content of sulfite in Lentinus edodes was 1.6 mg/kg.The recoveries of sulfite in Lentinus edodes samples were 85.6%~104%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~3.4%.The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the determination of sulfite in Lentinus edodes.
