摘要
选用12头体重相近(480 kg)、24月龄左右的延边黄牛(阉牛),随机分成试验组和对照组,在试验组的精饲料中添加Penergetic-t,对照组中不添加,研究Penergetic-t对延边黄牛(阉牛)增重效果和血液生化指标的影响,结果表明:经过120 d的饲养试验,试验组牛的全期增重和日增重分别为71.1 kg和0.6 kg,明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);血液生化指标中,试验组的血清总蛋白、球蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶含量明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组的血清尿素氮、甘油三酯含量明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:Penergetic-t对延边黄牛育肥具有明显的促进作用,能够提高日增重和免疫力,减轻疲劳,降低血液中的胆固醇和甘油三酯。
Twelve heads of 24-month-old Yanbian yellow cattle,which had been castrated and had similar body weight(480 kg),were randomly divided into two groups: trial group and control group.Penergetic-t was added into the concentrated feed of the cattle in trial group,while there was no addition in the control group.The effects of penergetic-t on the weight gain and blood biochemical indicators of the tested cattle were studied.The results showed that after 120 days' rearing,the average total body weight gain and daily weight gain of the cattle in trial group were 71.7 kg and 0.6 kg respectively,being significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total albumen,globulin,LDH and ALP contents in serum of trial group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),as a result,it enhanced the immunity.The serum urea nitrogen and TG contents of trial group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Therefore,penergetic-t could improve the fattening effectiveness,increase the daily weight gain and enhance the immunity of Yanbian yellow cattle,decrease the contents of cholesterol and TG in the blood.
